Case description
In the role of reporting analyst, Mario Jocovic is renewing several dozen information products at the Tax Authorities DF&A by rebuilding them and/or linking them to new data sources.
Mario is involved in all development phases: from needs assessment and requirements collection, selecting the relevant data, linking it, structuring, analysing, automating, testing and then delivering a clear visualization. He has a good sense of what the Tax and Customs Administration needs and translates this into information needs and analytical solutions. He combines his broad knowledge of design, innovation, analysis and programming to give new life to existing information products.
